Mueller Lofts is the restoration of the historic Mueller Electric Building into 51 modern, airy apartments with a range of floor plans. Opened in June 2018, the building is a dynamic blend of historic features and contemporary living spaces. Mueller Lofts is full of surprises - an open-air interior garden; a rooftop deck with a magnificent view of downtown; a fitness center; bike storage; a screening room; a pet wash station; and more.

BUILDING DESIGN

The building was originally a factory and the spaces have been designed to highlight that history. The original post and beam structure has been retained throughout the apartments and left exposed the original brick walls. Enormous windows and high ceilings maximize light and air circulation, ensuring your apartment stays bright even during a Cleveland winter. The aesthetic gravitates toward clean lines and classic materials.

Interior Garden

Every resident has access to a secret garden tucked into the center of the first floor. The garden was designed as both a congregating and secluded space—with trees, flowers, a gas fireplace and seating areas.

Rooftop Patio

With views of Downtown and Lake Erie, the Mueller roof is a perfect spot for an outdoor patio. Designed with outdoor seating, open space, and available to all residents for daily life and planned activities.

Live-In Manager

When something needs attention, we want to know about it right away and fix it. We’ve found that the best way to do that is to have a manager live in the building so that when something pops up, residents have a real person that they know who can help.

Bike Storage

Mueller is full of touches that make living in an apartment easier. Little things like secure bike storage outside your living space can make a nice daily difference.

Dog Washing Station

We are a pet friendly building but we find that most apartments don’t make living with your pet very easy. Mueller features a dog wash station right off the front door so that you can wash your dog after a muddy Cleveland walk.

On-Site Fitness Center

A state of the art fitness center is located on the first floor of the building. This is a necessity to burn off the calories from all of the delicious and inexpensive food nearby.

Screening Room

One of Mueller's large interior spaces has been repurposed as a community screening room you will be able to use for community screenings or private events.
