AsiaTown is centrally located between Downtown Cleveland, CSU and University Circle. We believe this will appeal to everyone from the medical resident at the Clinic or UH, to the individual who works downtown but wants something more creative (and less expensive) than a typical downtown apartment. SAFETY
This neighborhood has been one of the most stable in Cleveland over the last decade. The 2008 housing crash did not affect AsiaTown in the way that it did most of the rest of the city because most AsiaTown residents had purchased their homes outright when they immigrated to Cleveland. This means a neighborhood full of people invested in its safety and vibrancy.
DIVERSITY
This neighborhood is a true melting pot, with residents from over 30 countries within 10 blocks. AsiaTown also remains relatively affordable compared to other areas of Cleveland and is a destination for artists and new entrepreneurs seeking culturally diverse and affordable neighborhoods with space to grow.
DELICIOUSNESS
We love the fact that within a short walking distance you have so many affordable, delicious restaurants and grocery stores. Many of the best restaurants in Cleveland (not on the hipster maps) are within 5 minutes *walking* of Mueller.
